Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

By placing a rental order with Private Escape Rentals, you agree to provide accurate booking information, use the equipment responsibly, and follow all safety instructions provided at delivery.

Age and Consent

Rentals are available only to adults 18 or older. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all users of the equipment during the rental period are consenting adults aged 18 or older.

Payment and Deposit

Your card is charged for the rental total shown at checkout. A separate $100 refundable security deposit hold may be placed and released after the equipment is returned on time and without damage, subject to card network timing.

Availability

Reservations are subject to equipment availability. The booking system assigns a specific physical unit when the reservation is completed.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes are handled according to the cancellation policy shown in your confirmation email or rental agreement.
