Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver

Effective July 29, 2026

1. Equipment Rental

Private Escape Rentals rents the selected sling and related equipment for the dates listed in the confirmed reservation. The assigned equipment unit remains the property of Private Escape Rentals.

2. Delivery, Setup, and Return

Full Setup Service includes professional delivery, installation, safety orientation, and discreet pickup by Private Escape Rentals.

DIY Delivery, when offered, means sanitized equipment is delivered to the customer with setup instructions. The customer is responsible for assembly, safe placement, proper use, disassembly, and making the equipment available for pickup. If a customer wants installation handled by Private Escape Rentals, they should choose Full Setup Service.

3. Cleaning and Sanitization

Leather slings and reusable rental add-ons are inspected, cleaned, and disinfected between rentals using leather-safe cleaning products and hard-surface disinfecting procedures appropriate for the equipment materials. Retail products are provided new and sealed.

4. Security Deposit

A $100 refundable security deposit hold may be placed for each rental. The hold is released after timely return and inspection, less any approved charges for loss, damage, missing parts, late return, or extraordinary cleaning.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer agrees to use the equipment responsibly, follow the safety orientation and written instructions, keep the equipment indoors unless expressly approved, and prevent misuse, damage, or unauthorized transfer.

6. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

The customer understands that use of rental equipment involves personal responsibility and assumes all risks associated with use. Private Escape Rentals is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, unsafe setup, failure to follow instructions, or use by anyone who is not a consenting adult.
