Your space must be ready and completely free of clutter before we arrive.
A clear area of at least 6 ft × 6 ft with a minimum height of 7 ft is required.
Failure to have your space prepared may result in immediate cancellation of your service with no refund of the service fee.

A $300 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refunded after your session when all equipment is returned in good condition. It is not a service fee — your actual service cost is $250 for Full Setup Service or $150 for DIY Delivery.
We need a minimum clear height of 7 feet and a floor footprint of approximately 6 ft x 6 ft — enough room to move comfortably around the frame on all sides. Most standard bedrooms, living rooms, hotel suites, and vacation rentals work perfectly. Our technician will assess the space on arrival and will advise you right away if any adjustment is needed.
Absolutely — just call or text us and let us know. We will be happy to pick up early if our schedule allows. We appreciate the heads up!
No problem at all. We can add an additional $150 to your bill and the sling is yours to keep. Just let us know before or at pickup.
