Private Escape Rentals respects your privacy and handles booking information discreetly. We collect only the information needed to confirm, deliver, support, and complete your rental.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, rental dates, selected equipment, add-ons, payment status, and notes you choose to provide.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment information under its own privacy and security policies.

How We Use Information

We use booking information to confirm reservations, coordinate delivery and pickup, send customer confirmations, send admin notifications, prevent overbooking, manage refunds or deposit releases, and provide customer support.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We may share limited information with service providers required to process payments, send transactional email, operate our booking system, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Security

We use access controls and trusted service providers to protect booking records. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we keep data collection limited and operationally necessary.
